Bringing Humor To Life

Laughter is the Best Medicine
Laughter is the Best Medicine
With the invention of cell phones, every other person you see around is hooked to their smart devices. One of the most engaging and amazing things on your mobile would be access to various kinds of content. With the ease of access and prices of mobiles and data being reasonably cheap, every family member owns their individual cell phone.

It's been a while since I have been observing that apart from reading the information, a lot of content we consume is in form of photos and videos. Whether people are watching movies, online series, or playing graphic games, usually I see people watching a lot of violence, hate stories, crime, pain, broken promises, dejection, and unhappiness.

I do agree that we have good, meaningful, and informative content available too. Some online DIY videos, cookery videos even save our day.
But I have come across the negative content more often.

Watching gloomy and cynical content may not have an immediate effect on our behavior, but impacts our subconscious, thus making our inner selves pessimistic.

There is already so much going around the world which is tragic, and we do not use our screen time to bring peace to our lives and instead breed more stress.

Its completely my personal opinion though, that we should follow, watch and share more humorous content. Humor gives us a break and relaxes our minds. No wonder they say, 'Laughter is the best medicine.' In fact, research has proved that people are curing life-threatening illnesses using laughter therapy as it boosts our resilience and improves our wellbeing.

So why be so serious? Why choose to watch what will make you feel dull and unpleasant?
There are many ways in which we can choose to entertain ourselves. So we should choose something which ups our energy and leaves us with happy emotions.

Hi Shaz,

What I personally feel that it’s totally dependent on mood and if like like any topic which come across while scrolling on social media I start watching that type of content for whole day that can be comedy or political thing etc, by doing this I get my entertainment Nd some knowledge. Hope you understand what I wanted to say
